Welcome to our yoga and music class for children! This class is designed to cultivate mindfulness, movement, and play for children of all ages. Our experienced teachers will guide your child through a fun-filled class that includes yoga, movement, breathing, and music.

This class is donation-based, and we suggest a donation of $11-$33 to help us continue offering this valuable resource to the community. Pre-registration is encouraged, but not required.

Your child will learn valuable tools to manage stress, cultivate inner peace, and improve focus and concentration. Our fun and interactive class will help your child develop strength, flexibility, and balance while promoting creativity and self-expression.
