It was extremely last minute but she lined up a teacher for us in two days time. Nadine, the instructor, was amazing! Most of us had never done a Yin class and she guided everyone through wonderfully! The best part is that our class fee goes to their non-profit! I would highly recommend a class here!

The instructor Fabiola made sure we fully relax our body in each pose and offered individual instruction. The sound healing was magical. I felt so peaceful after the class. The studio is beautiful and spacious. I like that it’s in a quiet neighborhood. The surrounding brings so much peace to this studio. Highly recommended!!

It is a beautiful and warm location perfect for holding events and Jamie is an amazing strong voice in the community bringing people together. I wish I lived closer I would attend all of the offerings there!
