Mindful Yoga for Teens
Teens face unique challenges in today’s fast-paced world, and practicing mindfulness can be a powerful tool for managing stress and cultivating inner peace. Our Mindful Yoga Class for Teens at The Peacemaker Studio provides a safe and supportive space for teens to connect with their bodies, minds, and emotions through yoga and meditation.
Led by Valeri DeWitt, this class focuses on cultivating mindfulness and self-awareness through breath-centered movement and meditation. Teens will learn techniques for managing stress and anxiety, building resilience, and improving overall wellbeing.
No prior yoga experience is necessary, and all teens are welcome. The class is donation-based, with a suggested energy exchange of $17 per person, making it accessible to all.
