Led by Valeri DeWitt, this class focuses on cultivating mindfulness and self-awareness through breath-centered movement and meditation. Teens will learn techniques for managing stress and anxiety, building resilience, and improving overall wellbeing.

No prior yoga experience is necessary, and all teens are welcome. The class is donation-based, with a suggested energy exchange of $17 per person, making it accessible to all.

Join us for an evening of transformation and connection at the Peacemaker Studio. Our Vital Life Force Activation event is a powerful energy transmission that activates the Kundalini Awakening Process, releases trauma, and deepens consciousness. Led by experienced practitioners, this event will help you access the vital life force energy that flows through you, unlocking your inner power and potential.

We’ll begin the session with a guided meditation to help you center and connect with your inner essence. From there, we’ll move into the energy transmission, which will help you release any blockages and activate the Kundalini Awakening Process. You’ll feel a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace as your energy centers align and awaken.

After the energy transmission, we’ll move into a sound healing journey that will allow you to connect even deeper with your inner essence. You’ll be immersed in the soothing sounds of sacred instruments, including singing bowls, gongs, and drums, as you journey inward to access your deepest wisdom and intuition.

This event is open to all levels of experience and no prior knowledge of Kundalini Awakening or energy work is necessary. The cost of the event is $88 per person, and pre-registration is encouraged but not required.
