Led by Christina Palermo, our class is designed to be inclusive and engaging for children between ages four and eight. Through yoga and meditation, children will learn to calm their minds, improve their focus and concentration, and develop a deeper understanding of their bodies and emotions. Our storytelling sessions will transport children to magical worlds filled with wonder and imagination, while our art activities will allow them to express themselves freely and creatively.

At our homeschoolers’ class, we believe that every child has a unique spirit animal that represents their inner qualities and strengths. Through these activities, children will learn about different spirit animals and how to connect with their own, cultivating a sense of empowerment and confidence in themselves.

Our class is donation-based, with a suggested energy exchange of $22-$44, making it accessible to all families. Join us for a fun and inspiring class that will nourish your child’s mind, body, and spirit!
