No experience is necessary to participate in this workshop, and all materials will be provided.  You’ll leave with a beautiful bracelet to wear as a reminder of your intentions and a deeper understanding of the power of mindfulness and intention setting.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through the fundamentals of salsa dancing while encouraging you to connect with your body and the music. Salsa is a social dance style that promotes connection and communication between partners, making it the perfect way to meet new people and build community.

The cost for this class is $60 per couple. We encourage you to pre-register for our class, but drop-ins are also welcome.
