Inspired by the theme of 4/20, a day that celebrates relaxation and mindfulness, Jamie Jo will guide you through a series of techniques to help you achieve a state of calmness and clarity. While we do not promote the use of any substance, we recognize that cannabis has been used by some individuals to enhance their relaxation and meditation practices.

Our friendly and supportive community welcomes individuals of all levels and abilities. You’ll learn techniques to help you achieve a state of relaxation and inner peace without the use of any substance.

The price for this class is $22. We encourage you to pre-register for our class, but drop-ins are also welcome.
