She\u2019d always been more of an academic than an athlete, so she fell in love with yoga when she realized that it was an enjoyable way to both exercise and quiet the mind. She enjoyed yoga so much that she became certified to teach yoga and turned her unique experience of helping others into a way to provide guidance to people interested in exploring yoga and spirituality.
