Humble and a dedicated eternal student, Nadine provides a space for you to show up as just as you are, without judgment. She infuses her classes with wisdom learned from her own experience with yoga in the last 25 years and how it helped her with chronic pain. Mindful breathing, in particular, was so powerful for her that the choice to share the knowledge was easy. She is trauma informed and teaches classes for all levels. Her classes always end with a mini Sound Bath while in Savasana as she loves to share her love for Sound Healing. Her ultimate goal is to offer you a window into the world of self-discovery.
